Bond: $300 (low risk event $100)

Daytime special events
Hourly rate: $30

Night time special events (from 5pm)
Hourly rate: $30
Bond: $400 (low risk event $100)

Key 
Replacement fee if key is not returned: $50.00

Kitchen
Separate Hire: $20.00/hour ($15/hr Community Rate)
Bond: $50.00

Cleaning
One off event fee: $70

Cancellation Fee
Less than 14 days but at least 7 full days prior to event: 50% of booking fee
Less than 7 full days prior to event: 100% of booking fee
